A technician has been killed by a robot at a Volkswagen plant near Kassel, Germany. Someone forgot to program in the most important law of all.
From the article: “VW said the robot had not suffered a technical defect.”

Interesting indeed. With robots now able to build houses, and humans being replaced on assembly lines at record rates, I suspect we’re going to see many more similar stories.

Agree, Mike. I noticed from the article the man killed went inside a protective cage and that’s where he died.
