Excellent spin on life.
Children should certainly be taught examples of the many who struggled early on, in less than prominent positions or after making mistakes, until finding a break.
I expected nothing less than perfection from myself early on, because everyone around me had such high expectations. That proved to be a weakness, though it’s in the past.
